Video Gaming on a Balance Ball

Playing video games while sitting on a balance ball.

Chris Adams
A video game session can be long and tedious, going on for hours, if not days. Fatigue, cramps, body parts falling asleep, pain and discomfort are all things video game warriors suffer through to achieve their goals. A lot of this can be contributed to poor posture.

During your next session try sitting on a large balance / exercise ball. It'll keep your blood flowing while you are held on the edge of your seat, literally. You'll also get a work out as constant small shifts will strengthen your core trunk muscles.

As an added bonus the ball acts like a force feedback chair, bouncing you back and forth with every energetic move you make. It'll add a new dimension to your gaming experience.
