Here is an easy and ergonomic way to make Deviled Eggs. And the best part is it makes neat eggs and has virtually no clean-up.

First you boil your eggs. Be sure not to overcook them. If you overcook your eggs you can turn the yokes green. One full proof method for perfectly coked hard-boiled eggs is to use the Egg Perfect Egg Timer.

Next split your eggs in half and remove the yokes. Place the yokes in a zip lock bag. Seal the bag and then go crazy and mash them to pieces.

Then add the rest of the ingredients from your favorite Deviled Eggs recipe to your mashed yokes. Seal the bag again an resume your anger management on it. Once your yoke filling is adequately mixed you are ready to finish the Deviled Eggs.

Cut the corner off of the zip lock bag and squeeze the filling into the eggs. If you want to get fancy you can attach a pastry tip to the bag and squeeze your filling out with fluted edges.

And now for clean-up. Throw the bag away. Time to eat.
