Guide Review - Game Eyez
The Game Eyez is ergonomic eyewear that is designed to reduce eye strain caused from prolonged use of computer monitors or television screens. Upon first inspection the Game Eyez appear to be similar to past products that reduce glare with a yellow tinted lens (like shooting glasses). However the company claims their technology is more advanced and does much more.
The Game Eyes literature states they reduce eye strain by blocking harmful wavelengths, improving color contrast and reducing glare. They also claim to prevent the elevation of cortisol levels when using a monitor in the dark (at night). Some of these elements are to technical for me to properly evaluate, but I can attest to the reduction in glare, the improved color contrast (with a yellow tint) and the prevention of eye strain.
