Guide Review - Stretch Break Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention Software

Stretch Break provides an automatic reminder to take a break and stretch. It even takes you through a stretching program designed to prevent repetitive stress injuries.

Each stretch has written instructions and a 3D model demonstration. Though the 3D models won't win any awards any time soon, and some of the heads are the wrong size for the bodies, they do an good job of demonstrating how the stretch should be performed. Customizable music accompanies the stretching if you desire.

You can also customize which stretches the number of stretches and the sequence of stretches during your break. This feature comes in handy if certain stretches should be avoided due to a medical concern. The time interval for the Smart Timer is also customizable.

Stretch Break also incorporates ErgoReminders at the end of your break.

The program is easy to install and customize. After that you just let it run and stretch when it tells you to.

A 10 day evaluation copy is available for download to help you determine if the $45 price tag is worth it. It may seem like a high price for a rather simple program, but in terms of your health it's a bargain.
