So much of ergonomics has to do with keeping a body healthy.  There are other things we have to do for a healthy body or else ergonomics won't make much of a difference.  Now we all know how important staying hydrated is.  Well a lot of research has shown that providing your body proper nutrition when it is in a recovery mode is important as well.  With nutrients available the body can recover from activity easier and prevent injury better.
