Grocery stores are constantly looking for a better layout to service the customer better and get them to by more food. Unfortunately they always seem to fail. I've covered grocery store layouts before (Good Ergonomic Research Can Still Provide a Bad Answer) but Carl D. Clarke, Jr., a weekly columnist for the Washington County News, has come up with a grocery store concept based on hunters or gathers.
