HFES 2007 - Paper of the Day - Thursday - Power Point Bullets

Thursday paper of the day from the 2007 Human Factors & Ergonomics Society Annual Meeting is actually a poster. Come to find out that bullets are the best thing for drawing attention to an itemized list. It beats out the use of dashes or numbers (unless the items are in a numbered sequence).

I may seem like common sense, but now it is proven. The curious question that still remains to be answered is wether or not the effectiveness of bullets is natural or becuase it has been induced by years of Power Point usage. Just goes to show you that there is always the need for more research.
