Sunday December 31, 2006
As the New Year approaches, there is no better time to make a commitment to making positive changes in your life. One change that can have many positive health benefits, including treating and preventing repetitive stress injuries, is adding daily exercise to your life. After all, pour overall health is a common cause of repetitive stress injuries. This doesn’t require a gym membership or expensive equipment. Simply walking is a total body cardiovascular workout that will have broad-sweeping health benefits. Why not make it a goal to walk 30 to 60 minutes a day this year?
