Is all this holiday shopping giving you a backache? How about hunching over while wrapping gifts? Maybe you have a more traditional reason for back pain. Whatever it is here's a helpful twist to straighten things out.

The Supine Spinal Twist is a yoga pose that relieves tension by unwinding the spine. It is a great thearapeutic method for treating back pain, but as Ann Pizer, the Yoga Guide, says, "[it] should be avoided by people whose back pain is caused by degenerative disk disease."
