Ergonomics Has Gone to the Dogs, Literally

WETNoZ has released a new line of dog and cat bowls and two new "ergonomic feeders", the Big Pooch Booster and the Lil Pup Booster. These are bowl elevators, basically a short stand to get the bowl up off of the floor. It shouldn't hurt your pet to eat at floor level, unless they are eating 12 times a day or already have bad arthritis, but some people claim that large dogs can get a twist in their intestine from eating at floor level. I'd check with your vet on that one. As for the ergonomic feeders, buy them more for style than function.
