This time of year we spend a lot of time doing things we don't normally do. We shop, we cook, we wrap, etc. And we do a lot of these things we don't normally do. So when we do something we don't normally do and we do it a lot in a short period of time we are prime candidates for developing a repetitive stress injuries. So be smart and healthy, stretch, take breaks and avoid repetitive stress injuries during the holidays.
